Description

Responsibilities:

- Content Moderators: They review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.
- Content Managers: They are responsible for acquiring, curating, and managing the content library, ensuring that the content is up-to-date and engaging for the target audience.
- Video Editors: They edit and enhance video content to make it more visually appealing and engaging for viewers.
- Technical Support Representatives: They provide technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues with video streaming services.
- Customer Service Representatives: They handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Quality Analysts: They monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions with representatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Data Analysts: They analyze data related to customer usage patterns, engagement, and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Marketing and Sales Professionals: They develop and execute marketing strategies to promote video streaming services and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Operations Managers: They oversee the day-to-day operations of the BPO video streaming services, managing teams, setting goals, and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.

Salary:
