Job Description:
-Take inbound calls from clients looking to place purchases, address questions, handle grievances, solve serious customer service issues, and give general information.
-You will be a part of the team that consumers who are interested in our products first contact, and you will be in charge of helping them make phone and online purchases.
-Through voice and online interactions, you will also educate clients about the terms and features of the product and convey a professional company image.

Qualifications

Qualification
-With 2 years and above BPO experience
-Experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS for 1-3 years
-At least High School/ Senior High School Graduate
-Above average communication skills
-Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
