Description

As a Call Center Agent for an Auto Finance Account, your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering calls from customers who have questions or concerns about their auto loans or lease agreements.

Providing excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with the customer, and providing accurate and helpful information.

Assisting customers with account inquiries, payment processing, loan/lease payoff information, and other related concerns.

Utilizing various computer systems to access and update customer account information, process payments, and research and resolve customer issues.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age and above
Atleast have 1 year of call center experience
Atleast 1st year college undergrad for old curriculum
can accept SHS Grad for new curriculum
Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
