Description

Acustomer service representative in a telecommunications account is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to telecommunication services such as internet, phone, and television.

The job duties may include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to telecommunication services and devices.
Assisting customers with setting up and activating new services or equipment.
Billing and payment inquiries and processing.
Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to their problems.
Providing information about products and services to customers.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information as necessary.
Collaborating with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products to customers.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants must be atleast 18 years old
Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum) 
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
