Description

Duties/Responsibilities
responding to incoming calls
Processing of orders and payments
addressing customer complaints
contacting customers after a sale
making a call on the phone

Qualifications

At least 6 months BPO/Customer Service or Customer Financing Experience
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
Willing to work Full Time
