Description

As a Customer Service Representative in the Business Services Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business clients. You will assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain professional relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products and services
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Technical Support to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels or management
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services
Meet or exceed established customer service targets and goals
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least high school/ Senior High School Graduate;
Above good to excellent communication skills
Amenable to work on site
