Description

A customer service representative is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers in a variety of industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer complaints or issues
• Providing product or service information to customers
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Updating customer account information
• Escalating customer issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
• Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least 18 years old
• At least HS/SHS Graduate
• Good Communication Skills and interaction skills
• BPO Experience preferred but not required
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Work on site
