Description

As a customer service representative in the radio satellite account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who subscribe to satellite radio services. You will be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Assisting customers with billing inquiries, technical support, and service-related questions.
Troubleshooting technical issues with satellite radio equipment and services.
Updating customer account information and billing records accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Responding to customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieving individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

with at least 6 months CCE
Good to excellent communication skills
amenable to work on site
at least 18 years old
at least HS or SHS Grad

Senior Highschool Educational Level
