Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Internet Television, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to subscribers who have questions or concerns regarding their internet TV service. Your main duties will include:

Answering inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.

Listening actively to customers' concerns and providing accurate and helpful information.

Assisting customers with inquiries related to their internet TV service, including account information, billing inquiries, programming, technical issues, and other related concerns.

Utilizing various computer systems to access and update customer account information, process transactions, and research and resolve customer issues.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age and above
At least have 6 months of ANY CCE (international, local, non voice, blended)
Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
