Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Resolving customer inquiries/requests
-Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
-Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
-Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 finishers (new curriculum) & High school graduates (old curriculum) are accepted
-Amenable to work on site
-With or without call center work related experience
-We have free shuttle service (site-to-site)
