Description
Lead and manage a team of agents, communicate customer needs to stakeholders, and understand exactly how customers use your product or service.
Qualifications
• At least Senior high school graduate
• At least six (6) months BPO Experience
• With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar)
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preferred but not required
• Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Amenable to Work From Home – Applicant must supply their own equipment
