Description

Provides administrative and technical support and guidance on applications to users and others in IT. Troubleshoots issues, fixes bugs, installs and maintains applications with regular updates. Writes support and procedure documents, helps develop requirements and detailed specifications and works according to those requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

- At least 18 years of age
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
