Description

As a Customer Service Representative for the Airline Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers who require assistance with their flights. You will be the primary point of contact for passengers, resolving any issues they may have, answering their questions, and providing assistance with their bookings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to passenger inquiries regarding their flights, including booking, cancelations, changes, and refunds, via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate and complete information to passengers regarding their flights, including schedules, connections, fees, and regulations.

Resolve passenger issues in a timely and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures.

Escalate issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of all passenger interactions and transactions.

Assist passengers with navigating the airline website and mobile app.

Educate passengers on loyalty programs, upgrades, and other benefits.

Work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, security, and data protection.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad/ Nursing Grad/College Undergrad with at least 6 months BPO experience
4yrs College Grad - no experience needed
Excellent Communication Skills
Amenable to work on site

Senior Highschool Educational Level
