Description

Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Qualifications

At least 6 months Customer Service Experience not limited to BPO or At least 6 months Technical Support Experience
Bonus points (Not Required) Healthcare background, Bilingual (Spanish/English), Experience with CS tools (Ringcentral, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
