Description

Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

3 years of Fraud Investigation in E-commerce/Travel (BPO/non-BPO)
Work on Site
Excellent communication skills
Willing to start immediately
18 years of age and above
High School graduate ​or Senior High School graduate.
Good to excellent English communication skills​
Computer literate and good web navigation skills​
Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.​
Available to start ASAP
