Description

Duties:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Resolving complaints and escalating issues to higher management if necessary
- Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- A2 up AM Score
- No diploma is required.
- At least 6 months of continuous voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience is required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Computer and navigational technical and practical competence
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
