Qualifications

• Are you a college graduate, with or without BPO experience
• Have an experience of at least six (6) months in the BPO industry(inclusive GDS System)
• Have good English communication skills
• Have working knowledge of computers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work on shifting schedule
