Description

-Responsible for basic customer and team communication via e-mail, memos, voicemails, etc
-Responsible for best-demonstrated practices for productivity enhancements
-Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
