Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare account team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing accurate and complete information to patients and healthcare providers regarding medical procedures, insurance coverage, and billing.
• Verifying patient eligibility and benefits for medical services and procedures.
• Assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system, including scheduling appointments and finding healthcare providers.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve patient issues and ensure timely payment of claims.
• Documenting customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner in the company's CRM system.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulations.
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

At least 6 months Voice Account CCE OR Exp in Med/Health OR College Graduate of Med Related Course

6 months related working experience Work Experience
