Description

Job Title: Call Center Agent - High Priority Banking Accounts

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Reports to: Call Center Manager

Job Purpose: The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to high priority banking clients. This position is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from high priority banking clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to their banking accounts, including transaction inquiries, account management, and financial planning advice.

Utilize company systems and tools to document client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

Provide financial guidance to clients on investment opportunities, financial planning strategies, and wealth management.

Ensure that client data and personal information is protected and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.

Familiarity with financial products and services, including banking, investing, and wealth management.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
