Description

Duties/Responsibilities
Responding to incoming phone calls
Processing of orders and payments
Handling customer complaints
Following up with clients
Performing outbound phone calls
Upselling and cross-selling
conducting market research
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Customer feedback is collected and analyzed.
New call center agent onboarding and training

Qualifications

• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
• Good communication and computer navigation skills
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Willing to work Full Time
