Qualifications

-Must be at least be a high school graduate old curriculum, or Senior HS grad
-With at least 3 months BPO experience or 1 year customer service experience in a related industry
-With excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work on site
-Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
