Technical Support Representative – Cable TV Account
Location: EDSA
Salary Range: Up to PHP 24,500 Monthly
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Shifting

Your Role
Assist customers with cable TV technical concerns and service interruptions
Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide resolutions
Handle billing-related inquiries for cable services

Qualifications

Qualifications
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of cable services is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in EDSA under a shifting schedule
