Duties/Responsibilities

You'll take inbound calls from clients looking to place purchases, address questions, handle grievances, solve serious customer service issues, and give general information. You will be a part of the team that consumers who are interested in our products first contact, and you will be in charge of helping them make phone and online purchases. Through voice and online interactions, you will also educate clients about the terms and features of the product and convey a professional company image.

- With(preferably) or without Experience Call Center Agent Experience
- The candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- The applicant has completed high school (old curriculum) or senior high school (new curriculum)
- Above-average communication abilities in English
- Capable of navigating numerous systems on computers.
- Available For On-Site Work
