Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling client enquiries, problem resolution, and technical support for products and services
- Explaining product features, benefits, and price to consumers and aiding them in selecting the best goods for their needs.
- Troubleshooting technological issues, providing clients with assistance and instruction, and collaborating with the technical support team to handle more complicated issues
- Ensure order accuracy, handle payments, and update client information as appropriate
- Monitoring customer satisfaction indicators, finding areas for improvement, and collaborating with management to put changes in place that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Atleast High School/Senior Hidgh School Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
