Duties/Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls Order and payment processing Dealing with customer complaints Following up with customers Making outbound phone calls Cross-selling and upselling carrying out market research Keeping track of and updating customer databases Customer feedback is gathered and reported on. - Above Average English communication skills
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
