Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and effective customer service support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Respond to inquiries and assist customers with technical support issues, product recommendations, and general product information
Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to management as needed
Maintain customer records, order status, and other important data in the customer service database
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met and to identify opportunities for improvement
Meet customer service performance metrics, such as response time, call volume, and customer satisfaction scores
Stay up-to-date on product information, industry trends, and company policies and procedures to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.

Qualifications

Are at least a high school graduate
Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Have excellent English communication skills
Have working knowledge on computers
Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Good communication skills
